We have a 48 hour cancellation policy prior to the date and time of check in of your stay.
We have a mixture of internal and external rooms – our internal rooms do not have windows but are equipped with air conditioning units.
If you have any preferences, please make our Reception Team aware upon booking your stay. Please note that while we will always endeavour to satisfy all requests, this cannot always be guaranteed.
There is no lift within the Hotel.
Our restaurant and bar are on the ground floor with full accessibility and disabled bathrooms.
The Atrium and Antonine Suites can be found on the First Floor – a chair lift is available for those with accessibility needs and a disabled bathroom is available.
All of our 22 bedrooms are located on the Second Floor and can only be accessed via stairs. Please take this into consideration prior to making your reservation.

The Atrium is our large function suite which can host up to 200 people – most suitable for weddings, funerals, large corporate events as well as any other large private event.
The Antonine Suite hosts up to 30 people – suitable for meetings or private dining. This area is completely private.
We can also accommodate events for up to 40 people in our semi-private Café Area.
